Guided Bike Tours

About Our Bike Tours

We offer three different locations for our bike tours, each offering its own unique qualities. We supply you with 21-speed mountain bikes that will get you where you need to go with ease or bring your own if you wish. 

The Jackson F. Kimball Tour  starts at Kimball Park and meanders on back forest roads to Annie Creek and back.

The Wood River Wetlands Tour takes you through a bird lovers paradise where you can see lots of wildlife. 

The Collier Memorial State Park Tour follows paths along Spring Creek and The Williamson River.

Each of our tours last about 3 hours. 


What's included:

  • Local, licensed, experienced guides
  • Small group trips only
  • Mountain bike, 21 speed

What to bring:

  • Bike, if bringing your own
  • Bottle of water
  • Light snacks
  • Sun and eye protection, such as sunglasses and/or a hat with a brim
  • Synthetic, athletic clothes and shoes that can get sandy or wet (or go barefoot). Avoid cottons, like jeans and sweatshirts.

What to know:

  • No previous experience needed, we teach you everything you need to know
  • Small capacity tour only up to 12 people
  • Up to two guides per group, depending on size
  • All guests are required to sign a company policy waiver, links to the waiver will be provided in the confirmation email.
  • Complete parent/guardian permission form for minors

Jack F. Kimball Guided Bike Tour

 

A 20 mile (32 km) guided tour on a rarely-used forest road.

This guided bike tour starts at Jackson F. Kimball, a pristine area located at the headwaters of the Wood River.

It's a 20 mile (32 km) guided tour on a rarely-used forest road that starts at Kimball and takes you through pine forests, mixed with open meadow and laced with quaking aspen. You arrive at picturesque Annie Creek then travel back.

Wide-open spaces with scenic beauty are the norm when cycling in The Upper Klamath Basin. We have bicycle tours that you are sure to enjoy! 

This is an easy to moderate ride with some slight elevation changes but nothing extreme.

Wood River Wetlands Guided Bike Tour

If you like watching birds, you won't want to miss this bike tour!

Immerse yourself in the sounds of all the different migratory birds and waterfowl that use this area. The Wood River Wetlands consists of 3,200 acres and has an 8-Mile (13km) trail that circles its entirety. They're located next to Agency Lake and the Wood River traveling through the center with the Cascade Mountain range in the not-to-far distance.

Collier Memorial Guided Bike Tour

Enjoy magnificent scenery!

This 20-Mile (32km) guided bike tour starts at the crystal-clear waters of Spring Creek and takes you along the Williamson River through magnificent scenery. It ends at the Collier State Park Logging Museum. Before you head home, you can take some time here to view historical logging equipment and the relocated pioneer village dating back to the 1880s. You can also choose to stay in the beautiful campground facilities and enjoy the area.
