The stretch of the Spraque River we conduct our kayak tours is one of our most scenic! We put in at a remote launch along Chiloquin Ridge Road then paddle through the scenic forested Fremont-Winema National Forest rocky canyons as we make are way towards Chiloquin. This river is known for its long waves of fluorescent green mosses that begin to grow in the spring and die off in the winter.
The water in this stretch of The Spraque drop off fairly quick and by mid July we usually discontinue the trips due to low water. So book this adventure for the spring into early summer.
This float is one of our easiest and perfect for the beginner with little or no kayaking experience. We're able to take lots of pictures while on our tour! Our licensed Oregon Guides are very experienced with years on the water and dedicated to providing you a very enjoyable experience you will remember a lifetime.
We offer Tours on the Spraque River 7 days a week with 2 possible departure times of 9:30 AM or 1:30 PM. We ask all guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to departure.
We require a minimum of 3 people attending a tour for a guided tour to take place. We suggest you call our office prior to making a reservation online if you are trying book for 2 persons or less.
There is a 15% cancellation fee on all bookings canceled by guests. A refund of 50% is given within 48 hours of the booking date. No refund on cancellations of less than 24 hours.
