We Provide Guided Tours All Year, Weather Permitting
***RESERVATIONS FOR GUIDED TOURS NEED TO BE PAID IN ADVANCE***
All persons making reservations review & sign our Policy Agreements & Information prior to the tour.
Tours do NOT run automatically, they are reservation-based and require a minimum of 3 people to initiate a reservation. We can add to a tour once the minimum has been met. ***If only 2 people in your party, you can either pay for the 3rd and be refunded if others book on your tour time or we can take down your info in case someone happens to book at your desired time, date, and location.
After you make an online reservation you will receive confirmation of your payment, date, and time by e-mail
All Tour rebooking initiated by the guest will incur a 5% rebooking fee.
Cancellations made prior to 48 hours of reservation date/time: customers will receive an 85% refund of the reservation, (a 15% cancel-booking fee is kept).
Cancellations within 48 hours or less of reservation date/time will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours or less of scheduled reservation will not receive a refund.
There are no last-minute refunds for illness, weather, early returns or non-usage.
Individuals named on the contract must be present at the time of pick-up or item(s) will not be released.
Weather cancellations will be decided by the Sky Lakes Wilderness staff. In the case of a weather cancellation, you will receive a credit to be applied to any future services.
There are no refunds due to non-use.
