Reservations Policies for Kayaking, Snowshoeing, Backpacking, Fishing, Hiking, and Gear Rentals

***RESERVATIONS NEED TO BE PAID IN ADVANCE***

All persons making reservations review & sign our Policy Agreements & Information prior to the tour. 

Tours do NOT run automatically; they are reservation-based and require a minimum of 3-4 people to proceed. We can add to a tour once the minimum has been met. ***If only 2 people are in your party, you can either pay for the 3rd and be refunded if others book on your tour time, or we can take down your info in case someone happens to book at your desired time, date, and location.

After you make an online reservation, you will receive confirmation of your payment, date, and time by e-mail 

All tour rebookings initiated by the guest will incur a 5% rebooking fee.

No Cancellations.  If you need to cancel, you will have the option to rebook for a future date.

There are no refunds for illness, weather, early returns, or non-usage.

Individuals named on the contract must be present at the time of pickup; otherwise, the item(s) will not be released.

Weather cancellations will be decided by the Sky Lakes Wilderness staff. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, you will receive a credit that can be applied to any future services.

There are no refunds due to non-use.

There is a $25.00 late-return fee for each 15-minute interval.
